A mixed-use village in Japan's most awarded ski resort area, twenty-five minutes from Niseko. Hotels, a retail and dining street, the town's first supermarket and, in time, residences, addressing every gap in the resort's off-mountain life.

Three hotels, seventy-two holes of golf across two courses and Hokkaido’s largest amusement park sit within a three to four minute drive of the site. The village brings the sheltered parking, supermarket, dining and worker accommodation the resort has never had.

Site and programme

A mixed-use village that addresses every gap in Rusutsu.

Our land sits within the resort's amenity ring, two kilometres from East Mountain and under three from the main resort complex. Hotels, retail and dining come first, with residences planned alongside. Every component fills a proven market gap.
